Production & Shipping

Production: As all of our products are custom made to order, please allow 1-6 business days from date of order for dispatch. This turnaround time may increase during peak sale periods and if this is the case we will keep you updated on your order's progress.

 

Shipping: All of our orders are shipped with tracking with TOLL's OVERNIGHT EXPRESS service at a flat rate of $8.95. For orders including a nappy free time playmat the flat rate shipping will increase to $11.95 due to the size and weight of the playmats. 

An email will be sent to you with tracking details when it has been dispatched. 

We also offer FREE local pickup in Langwarrin, VIC 3910. Please contact us via info@mummaandcohandmade.com.au prior to placing your order to arrange this.
